Collaborating Writing Task

In this blog, I told you about a writing project. We did this study as a group, we were 3 people in total. I have done many writing studies before, but this one was different from the others in terms of how it worked and was done as a group. Until today, I always focused on a topic and provided informative, instructive and critical essays about it but this time we wrote about a movie. First, we read our teacher's wishes and instructions, then we chose a movie that suited all of our interests and watched it. Finally, we divided the work and wrote an article containing our thoughts about the movie.

I think this project has many benefits. We could have done a normal writing work, but since it is about a movie, it is more remarkable. It becomes more interesting for both the writer and the reader. When I start teaching in the future, I will definitely benefit from such projects for my students. The interaction between them will increase and the lesson will be more interesting. Thanks to these, the success rate and quality of learning will increase.

To summarize, I find this work we have done very useful and educational. Instead of doing a normal writing exercise, watching a movie and writing about it contributes more to both the writer and the reader. It is necessary to develop new tactics instead of the usual methods. So, I learned a lot and had a lot of fun while doing this project. I will use it in the future, too.   As I mentioned in the title, we have come to the end of this beautiful thing. Creating an AR/VR integrated teaching material

 In this project, I worked with  Emirhan Korkmaz ,  Emir Batu Özdemir , and  Hüseyin Obut . We prepared a material using AR/VR technologies. As a subject, we chose to explore a foreign country. The country we chose was Italy and we chose Florence as the city. We visited a cathedral in Florence in 360 videos, and a museum using 3D technologies, we also put a YouTube video about the local food there and we wrote questions about all these to determine whether the students understood or not. As homework, we asked the students to imagine that they spent a day in Florence and write a diary of at least 150 words, describing the places they visited, the food they ate, and the things they experienced during the day. Overall, I enjoyed doing this project and found it very useful for the students. Creating an instructional video for the flipped instruction

    In this study, I worked with Emirhan Korkmaz , Hüseyin Obut , and Emir Batu Özdemir . We prepared a study using the Flipped Instruction method. Flipped Instruction Approach is a learning approach that reverses the traditional education model. In the traditional model, the teacher teaches in the classroom and the students do their homework at home. In Flipped Instruction, students first examine the course materials at home, get an idea about the subject, and then come to class. Class time is mostly devoted to activities such as discussion, problem-solving, and group work.This type of learning has many benefits. Some of these are; students use their time in class more effectively, each student has the opportunity to learn at their own pace, and there are more opportunities for practice in class.
